Dear Friends,
The Indonesia Table Tennis Association is organizing the 2019 ITTF Challenge Indonesia Open in Batam, Indonesia from 13th to 17th November 2019.
We are pleased to invite twelve (12) International Umpires (IU) to officiate at this event.
Full hospitality will be provided from dinner on Tuesday, 12th November to breakfast on Monday 18th November. Each umpire will receive a daily allowance per competition day of US$ 30.00 according to ITTF regulations.
All invited umpires must organize their own transport to the region as well as travel and medical insurance. In addition, all invited umpires are responsible for early arrival and late departure. Local transport will be provided from and to Hang Nadim Airport (IATA Code BTH) and Batam Centre Ferry Port (from Singapore / Johor Bahru, Malaysia).
Should a nominated umpire require a visa, kindly send relevant details when submitting the nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport). A letter of invitation will be provided. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are to be paid by the applicant.
Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform and equipment.
The closing date for nomination is Monday, 30th September 2019 @ 4.00 pm. Please use the attached nomination form and send it by email to TTAM (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com). The list of umpires accepted will be advised on or before Monday 7th October 2019. Travel details are requested to be advised on or before Monday, 21st October 2019.
